This position will be responsible for repairing, servicing and maintaining slot machines to minimize downtime and loss of revenue to the casino in a timely manner. Slot Technicians must adhere to company policies and procedures and the Internal Control Manual of the Slot Technical Department in order to maintain the integrity of the games and provide a high level of guest satisfaction.
Must have a degree or diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education with a background in electronics; 1+ years hands on working experience in Slot Operations or Electronics area; Working knowledge of computer software packages and the ability to troubleshoot electronic equipment; Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced, shift work environment.
This position of Guest Services Representative is the ambassador of our One Rewards loyalty program. This role will provide the highest level of guest service, including greeting customers, providing information on site events and promotions, and explaining the benefits of and enrolling patrons in the loyalty program.
